Yes. We accept small-batch custom orders as well as repeat production. Please provide the drawing and required quantity so that we can evaluate the manufacturing process and quotation.

Our manufacturing experience includes components related to automotive applications, gas pressure regulators, instrumentation, and 3C electronic products. We also welcome inquiries from HVAC and industrial equipment companies where the required parts match our manufacturing capabilities.

We work with common carbon steels, stainless steels, brass, and aluminum. The suitable material depends on the component's application and technical requirements. Please provide your drawing and required material when requesting a quotation.

Our CNC turning capability covers diameters from 1 mm to 30 mm. CNC milling supports workpieces with a maximum side length below 500 mm. General machining tolerance is approximately ±0.02 mm, while special tolerances down to ±0.005 mm may be achievable for suitable parts and processes. Final capability must be confirmed against the drawing.

Sample lead time is typically within one week, depending on part complexity, material availability, and inspection requirements. The actual schedule will be confirmed after reviewing the drawing and requirements.

The normal production order lead time is approximately 8 weeks. The confirmed schedule depends on the part design, order quantity, material availability, production planning, and agreed specifications.

We can arrange sea, air, and rail transport according to shipment requirements. Shipping arrangements, costs, and delivery schedules are confirmed for each order.

Our inspection equipment includes calipers, micrometers, an optical projector, and thread gauges. We conduct in-process sampling inspection and first-piece inspection of finished production. Samples, inspection reports, and material certificates can be provided where applicable.

All materials we use comply with RoHS and REACH requirements. Formal RoHS and REACH testing reports can be arranged at additional cost if required. Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection can also be arranged at additional cost, subject to the component and inspection requirements. Please confirm these requirements before quotation.
